BDC REPRESENTATIVE FOR A HIGH-LINE LUXURY USED CAR DEALERSHIP

REQUIREMENTS:

1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE BDC PREFERRED (Willing to Train).

Familiarity with VinSolutions a Plus!

Exceptional phone and communication skills REQUIRED.

Applicants for this position should be confident, ambitious and self motivated with a pleasant outgoing personality.

* Able to manage a high volume of customer inquiries via inbound/outbound calls and emails in a professional manner with potential customers.

* Follow up with internet leads via phone and e-mail; participate in chats" with customers online

* Check the availability of vehicles customers are inquiring about.

* Set appointments for customers to meet with a sales associate.

* Complete ongoing follow up with customers.

* Work with sales manager to set monthly goals and reach forecasting objectives.

This position is salary based plus commission and bonuses.

Experience:

• AUTOMOTIVE BDC: 1 year Preferred (willing to train)
• Bilingual is a plus
