SALESJOBS.COM TERMS OF SERVICE

In order to add your company to SalesJobs.com, you must agree to the following:

I understand that I will be charged monthly for access to the site and for holding a live account on the site.

I understand that I can cancel my membership at any time by logging into my account and clicking on "Cancel My Membership" shown in red font under "account options" on my account home page.

I understand that my membership remains active until I cancel my account.

I understand that the only way to cancel my account is via the website.

I understand that I am responsible for the cancellation of my own membership and that I may cancel my membership at any time.

I understand that once I select to cancel my membership, I will be removed from the billing system immediately, will not be billed again, and my account will automatically expire at the end of the current billing cycle.

I understand that my job postings will go live immediately upon posting them and that my company is responsible for the accuracy and content of the job(s) I post.

I understand that SalesJobs.com reserves the right to modify or remove any job posting it feels is detrimental to our viewing audience.

I understand my jobs will automatically be updated as needed by Sales Jobs.

I understand that I have 24-hour access to my account and can add, modify or remove any job(s) posted. I understand that I may add an unlimited number of users to my account and will be e-mailed a company pass code to do so.

I understand that SalesJobs.com (Salesjobs.com) has the right to use collection agencies to collect any unpaid amounts owed for the use of its service, in addition to any and all costs and legal fees accrued by SalesJobs.com (Sales Jobs Inc.) Attorneys' fees, in the event that any action or proceeding is brought to enforce or interpret any provision of this Agreement, the party prevailing in such action or proceeding shall be entitled to recover from the other party all of the prevailing party's costs and expenses incurred therein (including attorneys' fees and court costs), as well as all such costs incurred in any collection effort. A party may proceed directly to Superior Court in Marin County, California, without the need to engage in mediation, arbitration, or other form of alternative dispute resolution.

I understand that SalesJobs.com has the right to refuse access to any individual user or any company it chooses, at any time. SalesJobs.com also has the right to remove individual users or companies from the website, at its discretion, and if SalesJobs.com invokes this right there will be no refund forthcoming.

I understand that this Agreement has been executed in the State of California, at San Anselmo, California. The validity, interpretation, construction, and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. All parties consent to personal jurisdiction in the State and Federal Courts with jurisdiction in Marin County, California.

I understand that once my account is active; if I do not post jobs for any period of time, I am still responsible for payments on that active account.

If you purchase our $599 package and SalesJobs.com agrees to provide you with access to the resumes in its resume database, by accessing them, you agree to the following:

1. You agree that you will use the resumes only for the purpose of reviewing the qualifications of the persons named in those resumes for a potential job with your organization.

2. You agree not to use the personal information of any candidate for any purpose unrelated to evaluating their qualifications, including but not limited to compiling mailing lists, marketing, harassment, or for the benefit of any competitor of SalesJobs.com.

3. You agree not to share, resell, or distribute any resume or candidate information with anyone outside of your organization.

4. You understand that you may view up to 200 resumes per day per authorized user. Additional users may be added to your account at no additional charge.

5. Only manual, human review of resumes is permitted. At no time may you use any robotic, automated, scripted, or AI-based tools—including but not limited to bots, crawlers, or artificial intelligence software—to search, scan, scrape, extract, copy, store, or analyze resumes or data from the SalesJobs.com database.

If you violate any of the provisions above, including using AI or automated technologies to access the resume database, your account will be immediately terminated without refund, and you will forfeit all monies paid.

You further agree that SalesJobs.com shall be entitled to liquidated damages in the amount of $250 for each resume accessed or used in violation of this agreement. This amount is agreed upon by both parties as a fair and reasonable estimate of the damages incurred by SalesJobs.com in the event of misuse.

SalesJobs.com reserves the right to pursue all legal remedies available, including recovery of attorneys' fees, court costs, and collection expenses. All legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the State and Federal courts located in Marin County, California.

I have read and understand the pricing and service page (see Pricing Information button on the home page) and have a complete understanding of all the features and benefits I will be purchasing.
