About the Role
Hill Country Painting is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive consistent, high-quality lead flow through job site marketing, outreach, and relationship building.
This is a high-energy, boots-on-the-ground role for someone who enjoys being active, talking to people, and seeing real results from their effort.
What Youll Be Doing
? Job Site Marketing
- Identify high-value neighborhoods and job sites
- Place yard signs and distribute door hangers
- Door knock around active and completed jobs
- Track performance and improve results
- Manage door-knocking crews when needed
? Previous Client Outreach
- Call past clients to check in
- Ask for referrals and repeat business
- Send follow-up texts and emails
? Strategic Partner Outreach
- Connect with realtors, property managers, designers, and contractors
- Set meetings for ownership
- Track outreach and follow-ups
? Trade Shows & Events
- Set up and attend trade shows
- Capture leads and schedule estimates
- Earn bonuses per qualified lead
Compensation & Earnings
? $20/hour base
? Bonuses per qualified lead and partner meeting
? $35$50/hour OTE
? Company vehicle after 90 days
Schedule & Flexibility
- Minimum 20 hours/week
- Flexible scheduling
- Some evenings and weekends
- Mix of field work + light admin
