Pay: $18.00 per hour + Commission

Lead with Precision, Drive Results

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve minimum of $30k/month sales through strategic consultations and upselling.
• Perform Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting and all other procedures with technical precision.
• Enforce protocols, streamline operations, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Train and manage 12 LHR Technicians for upselling and service excellence.
• Support marketing to boost leads and visibility.

What We Offer

• $18/hour base + commission, with top earners exceeding $80k/year.
• Full-time, 40 hours weekly (TuesdayFriday with alternating Mondays & Saturdays)

• Proven Closer: 2+ years in High Sales position, exceeding $30k/month sales.

Who Should NOT Apply?

• If your only sales experience is retail/cashier/cosmetic based.
• If you are not comfortable working closely with clients bodies in a medical manner, you wont succeed here.
• If you do not meet the minimum sales experience requirements.
