Job Title: Sales Representative DMV Region
Location: VA Metro (Hybrid field + office)

Were seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in the DMV regionsomeone who thrives on building relationships, understands complex solutions, and has a passion for driving impact.
What Youll Do:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities across the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) targeting key sectors aligned with Wave360s solution offering.
- Conduct presentations and demos of our solution to decision-makers; translate technical/strategic value into clear business impact.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closure, including negotiation and onboarding new clients.
- Maintain a strong pipeline, meet or exceed sales quotas, and report on forecast and activity.
- Partner internally with product, marketing and customer success teams to ensure clients receive value and become advocates for Wave360.
- Attend relevant networking events, conferences, and regional meetings to stay plugged into the DMV market and build brand presence.
What Were Looking For:
- 1+ years of sales experience (within tech, solutions, platform, or service-oriented companies) in the DMV or similar markets.
- Driven, high-energy, resilient individual who thrives in a growth?oriented, performance-based environment.
- Excellent communicatorboth verbally and in writingand able to convey complex ideas simply and persuasively.
- Comfortable with hybrid work (field visits in DMV + office), travel as needed within the region.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals, managing pipeline and closing deals.
- Strong familiarity with the DMV region business landscape is a plus.
