What you’ll do
- Hunt & close new B2B clients for managed IT and cybersecurity services (MSP/MSSP stack: managed IT, endpoint protection/EDR, email security, SOC/MDR, vulnerability management, cloud security, compliance enablement).
- Expand existing accounts through upsells (stack upgrades, additional seats/locations, compliance add-ons) and renewal optimization.
- Control the cycle: prospect, discovery, solution positioning, value/ROI, proposal, close; coordinate with technical resources for scoping when needed.
- Forecast, document, and win: maintain clean pipeline hygiene and crisp close plans.

- Managed IT services (help desk, patching, monitoring)
- Cybersecurity services (SOC/MDR, EDR, email security, SIEM, vulnerability scans)
- Cloud & Microsoft 365 hardening, backup/DR
- Compliance support (HIPAA/PCI/SOC 2 readiness)

- Uncapped commissions. Tiered new-logo rates that scale from 3% to 21%+.
- Speed accelerators. Close inside the window and your rate jumps on eligible dollars.
- Overachievement multipliers. Exceed your declared tier and earn extra % on every overage dollar.
- Residuals that grow. Upsells up to 13% of incremental value; Renewals up to 4% of renewal TCV.
- Big-ticket potential: six-figure commission checks are tied to enterprise-grade TCVs
- Quick cash flow. Initial payout as soon as the first client payment clears.
- Big-deal & quantity bonuses. Bonus kicks for outsized deals and stacked wins within the cycle.
- Company-funded selling. Reimbursement up to 100% GTM spend (events, client entertainment, travel, lodging) as you hit performance tiers.
- Earn by recruiting. Bring in a qualified rep and earn an override on their early production (time-bound, plan-governed).
- Simple, transparent math. Clear tables at offer—no caps, no gimmicks, performance = pay.
- Performance bonuses. Quantity and large-deal bonuses within defined windows; overage bonuses when you exceed declared tiers.
- Expense support. Performance-based reimbursement available as you hit tiers.

- $1,200,000 renewal at 4% ? $48,000 (if applicable per plan)
Final rates, accelerators, splits, and windows are governed by the written compensation plan you’ll receive at offer stage.
