Position: Business Development Caller

Hours: Part-Time, 15 hours/week, M-F

Location: Remote / Work From Home

Compensation: $16/hour

About Us

Were a growing mortgage team that partners with real estate agents to close more

loans. One of our most powerful systems is the Follow Up / Refer Back Program, and

were looking for the right caller to tout this program to candidate agents.

What Youll Do

? Call real estate agents on behalf of our loan officer

? Congratulate them on their production and share how we can help them convert

more of their existing leads

? Follow a proven script (well train you)

? Book 20-minute Zoom appointments between the agent and our loan officer

? Log calls and track results in our system

What Were Looking For

? Comfortable making outbound calls (phone experience is a plus, but not

required). Attitude matters most.

? Friendly, confident, and professional on the phone.

? Coachable and willing to follow a script while sounding natural.

? Organized and dependable (showing up consistently is key).

? Experience in sales, telemarketing, or real estate/mortgage is a plus, but well

train the right person.
