THE POSITION
Territory Manager South Texas
The Territory Manager (TM) will work out of a remote, home-based office located centrally within the territory. The TM will be responsible for managing existing accounts with a focus on developing new business selling their manufacturers lines to distributors and end-users in the South Texas territory. With the lifestyle benefits and unlimited capacity to earn, this position is one that will take most to retirement. The current TM is a 40 year veteran (5yr with TIG) that is retiring. Our last opening was a 36 year veteran (24 yrs with TIG) that retired and we currently have a 26 year member and two 12 year members on our team.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Maintain, grow and establish a network of distributor sales professionals for promotion and sales of new and existing products.
Plan and organize 2-3 day work trips for factory representatives traveling the territory.
Daily presence within the territory focusing on developing existing and establishing new distributor and end-user accounts.
Develop short- and long-term customer relationship plans
Report regularly on marketing activities, forecasting and tangible results, focusing on sales metrics
Attend relevant local and regional industry networking events.
Compensation and support:
Commission based in an established territory. Percentage based and no cap on growth.

Laptop and IT support
Event fees and marketing materials
Two-month training overlap with current TM
Ongoing training and support
THE INDIVIDUAL
Ideal candidates should have a proven track record of success in growing existing accounts and prospecting for new business in the markets Integral supports.
Knowledge, Skills and Ideal Experience:
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Driven hunter mentality
Strong work ethic and moral fiber
Education: At least two years of college, Degree preferred
(Preferred) 1+ year track record of success in industrial sales and business development
(Preferred) Proven success delivering product market-share growth
(Preferred) CSP and/or QSSP certifications a plus
