About the Role

NexSignia is seeking a proven B2B Sales Representative who can consistently close deals while leveraging marketing skills to drive lead generation and brand visibility. This is a sales-first role your primary responsibility is to win new business and grow revenue. Marketing activities will support your sales pipeline, not replace it.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B accounts in targeted industries.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to decision-makers.
• Develop bilingual (English & Spanish) proposals, contracts, and presentations.
• Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads.
• Represent NexSignia at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with C-level and procurement contacts.
• Ability to create and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in technology.
• Familiarity with marketing tools (Canva, etc.) to support lead generation.
• Understanding of brand positioning and campaign execution.
