About the Role
This is not a traditional full-time job.
This is a strategic partnership opportunity for experienced professionals who already have an established Rolodex of decision-makers CTOs, VPs of Engineering, HR Executives, and Founders.
Youll leverage your existing network to introduce companies that hire developers. We handle everything else closing deals, onboarding developers, payroll, and client success.
You get paid monthly residuals for as long as the developers remain placed.
What We Offer

- With client expansions ? $480K+ annually
Who We're Looking For
This opportunity is only for experienced professionals with real networks.
You must have:
- Established relationships with CTOs, VPs, HR leaders, or Founders
- 5+ years in B2B sales, staffing, business development, or consulting
- A proven track record of closing or influencing high-value deals ($50K+)
- Comfort working in a commission-only, performance-driven structure
- A strong desire to turn your relationships into long-term recurring income
