Full description of the position

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong CPQ expertise and hands-on Billing experience, particularly in invoice generation and billing processes. This role will focus on designing, developing, and automating complex business processes using Salesforce technologies, while ensuring seamless integration with ERP, invoicing, and other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement software automation for complex business processes using Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Triggers, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ, including product and pricing configuration, bundle setup, quote process optimization, and CPQ application customization.
• Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, invoicing, and other systems to streamline operations.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce Billing processes, including invoice generation, payment processing, and reporting.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, conduct testing, and provide tier-2 application maintenance and support.
• Partner with business analysts, internal customers, and other technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
• Collaborate on larger, cross-functional projects and contribute technical expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Informatica, and the Lightning framework.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, making informed technical decisions and ensuring clear communication across teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with strong CPQ (SteelBrick preferred) and Salesforce Billing expertise.
• Hands-on experience with product & pricing configuration, quoting processes, and bundle setups.
• Proficiency in Salesforce technologies: Apex, Triggers, Aura Components, LWC, and Lightning framework.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP and invoicing systems.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce Developer, CPQ Specialist, or Billing Specialist certifications preferred.
