Were searching for a dynamic and motivated Strategic Sales Executive with a high-impact, execution-focused role responsible for driving sales growth and executing company strategy as directed by executive leadership. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, mid-market sales professional with a strong background in business development and the ability to turn vision into resultswithout the responsibility of managing a team. This individual will collaborate closely with operations, marketing, and R&D to align cross-functional goals, while also identifying and securing new business opportunities, deepening customer relationships, and delivering revenue targets. Travel is required to attend industry events and meet with clients, both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution: Execute strategic sales plans developed by leadership to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and expansion.
New Business Development: Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for both flagship and new product lines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (inside sales, operations, marketing, and R&D) to align execution with customer needs.
CRM and Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and pipeline activity using the companys CRM system.
Industry Engagement: Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Market Awareness: Stay current on industry trends, customer developments, and competitor activity.
Key Qualifications
1015 years of successful sales or business development experience, ideally in a mid-market environment.
Experience in coatings, chemicals, or a related technical sales industry is preferred.
Proven ability to execute strategies and deliver measurable results independently.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
CRM proficiency and strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience using AI tools in sales is a plus.
Self-starter with high personal accountability and drive.
Valid drivers license and passport required.
