Position Overview:

Nidy Sports Construction is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Representative to support our sales efforts. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong organizational and communication skills who can manage multiple priorities and support the coordination of materials and subcontractors for a variety of projects. Guided by our Core Values, the Sales Support Representative will help ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality in all aspects of project and sales support.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Outstanding People Collaborate with internal team members to ensure accurate and timely ordering of materials and equipment, while fostering a positive, supportive work environment.
• Own It Take ownership of accuracy and detail by:
• Gathering and tracking pricing for key building materials.
• Preparing and managing quotes and orders.
• Maintaining up-to-date records of pricing, estimates, and vendor communications.
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Team to ensure a smooth and efficient transition for successful project execution.
• Uncommon Build trustworthy, respectful relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and customers by soliciting, tracking, and organizing subcontractor pricing and ensuring open, honest communication.
• Game On Support the sales team with estimate generation and CRM follow-ups, ensuring quick, professional responses to help Nidy remain competitive.
• Name, Not a Number Prioritize safety and quality in every coordination effort with materials, equipment, and vendors, ensuring that all projects meet standards that protect our team and clients.
• Coordinate projects and quote timelines with internal departments and external vendors to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Support ODP (Owner Direct Purchase) coordination efforts as needed.
• Participate in job cost reporting, ensuring alignment between estimated and actual costs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales assistance or project coordination (industry experience preferred).
• Strong skills in Excel and general proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM software knowledge a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with construction materials, equipment, and vendor coordination.
• Background in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Experience working with subcontractors and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must be able to pass drug and alcohol screening and undergo a pre-employment background check. This is a year-round position. Rate of pay is commensurate on experience.
