Full description of the position

Job Summary:

Nidy Sports Construction is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative, based in North Florida or Southeast Georgia, to promote and sell our specialized products and services. This role will focus on driving sales in court resurfacing, shuffleboard, and bocce ball, while also cultivating and strengthening relationships with both new and existing customers. Guided by our core values, the Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and supporting clients throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a strong emphasis on prospecting and relationship-buildingproactively pursuing new leads while collaborating with the sales team to achieve shared goals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Outstanding People Build, expand, and maintain a strong network of contacts and referral sources to identify and generate new sales opportunities while collaborating with, supporting, and learning from an empowered sales team.
  • Game On Consistently compete to win by achieving and exceeding sales goals and revenue targets within the assigned territory. Demonstrate persistence, initiative, and a results-driven approach in hunting for new business opportunities.
  • Name, Not a Number Prioritize safety in all customer interactions and site visits to ensure clients, vendors, and team members return home safely to their families.
  • Uncommon Foster relationships with customers, prospects, and vendors guided by integrity, ensuring trust and respect in every interaction.
  • Own It Take responsibility for delivering exceptional quality and service by:
  • Engaging with customers and prospects to understand their needs and presenting customized solutions across court resurfacing, shuffleboard, and bocce ball products and services.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication, relationship management, and effective resolution of any post-sale issues.
  • Collaborating closely with the Surfacing Project Manager and other sales team members to ensure a smooth and efficient transition from sales to operations for successful project execution.
  • Developing and managing detailed post-sale documentation to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with existing and past customers, introducing new products, services, and enhancements that align with their needs.
  • Representing the company at customer events, trade shows, and industry functions to expand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Staying informed on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Accurately documenting and maintaining detailed sales activity reports in Salesforce, including calls, orders, closed sales, lost opportunities, and customer/vendor challenges.
  • Providing accurate territory forecasts and pipeline updates, contributing to company-wide sales planning and strategy.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support overall business objectives.

  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a proven ability to proactively generate and close new business.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, Salesforce, and Construction Lead Programs.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
  • At least two years of related sales experience required.


Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to travel.


Applicants must have a valid non-restrictive Florida or Georgia Drivers License, be able to pass drug and alcohol screening, undergo a pre-employment background and motor vehicle check. This is a year-round position. Rate of pay is commensurate on experience.
