Overview: Our mission is to help American manufacturers upgrade their technology. We are only interested in self starting, high earning sales professionals driven by goals and achievement that align with our core values. (see below)

Pay: Currently for Q1 2025 our lowest salesman is at $23k ytd as of 4/1/2025, highest cleared $60k in personal earnings for first three months of the year. Jan/Feb/Mar is a slower quarter for our business and we are going into peak season. We will have multiple sales people north of $200k by end of 2024 year end. We include Base Pay + Commission & Bonuses.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct 100+ points of contact from calls, emails and text daily to potential clients across various manufacturing industries including aerospace, medical, agriculture, defense, and firearms. Maintain consistent follow-up communication with prospects through call, email and text messages. Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales goals and grow the client base. Receive comprehensive training on industry-specific knowledge and skills in our daily sales 9am meeting.

Qualifications: Prior sales experience required and desire to be a sales professional. Proven history of continual growth and skill set development. Excellent and timely communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle a fast-paced, relational business environment without becoming overwhelmed. Eagerness to learn, earn, and contribute to a mission greater than oneself.

Pay: $117,000.00 - $268,000.00 per year
