Position Overview:

The Pre-Need Collective is seeking compassionate, motivated individuals to join our team as Independent Preneed Sales Consultants. In this role, youll guide families through the process of planning ahead for end-of-life arrangements, providing them with peace of mind and financial protection while building a business that offers flexibility, purpose, and unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate individuals and families on the benefits of preplanning and preneed insurance
• Build strong relationships within your community to generate referrals and leads
• Meet with clients in person to review options and complete applications
• Utilize our training, tools, and support system to grow your business
• Maintain compliance as a licensed life insurance agent and uphold high ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Active life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one well help!)
• Compassionate, consultative approach to working with families
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-oriented mindset
• Reliable transportation and ability to meet clients in person
• Preneed or insurance sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

This is a commission-only opportunity with no cap on income. Many of our consultants earn between $600$2,000+ per week depending on effort and territory.
