Role

Were looking for an on-site Sales Development Representative available to work from our office in Miramar, Florida, during EST hours.


As a Sales Development Representative at ProperHeir, youll be responsible for selling our premium service (valued at $50,000+) to heirs and property owners.

In this role, youll take full ownership of your pipeline, reaching out to prospects, identifying needs, and guiding them through the decision-making process. This role is about more than making calls; its about creating clarity, building momentum, and helping families secure their rightful inheritance. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to heirs and property owners
  • Set qualified appointments for closers and keep the pipeline moving
  • Identify seller pain points, motivations, and decision timelines
  • Log clear, useful notes in the CRM to support your team
  • Follow structured sales process and adapt based on feedback
  • Hit daily metrics for dials, conversations, and pass-offs
  • Train daily, role-play weekly, and constantly sharpen your edge
  • Own your resultsbring energy, urgency, and accountability every day



Results

  • Daily call target is hit and tracked consistently
  • Qualified appointments are set and handed off to closers
  • CRM is updated in real time with clean, clear notes
  • Stat sheet is submitted by end of day without reminders
  • Internal communication loops are tight and dependable

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in Miramar, FL
  • Fluent in English; Spanish strongly preferred
  • Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)
  • Excellent at building rapport and communicating clearly
  • Comfortable following structure, routines, and systems
  • Organized and able to manage your own pipeline and priorities
  • Coachable, hungry to improve, and open to feedback
  • Self-sufficient with strong time management
  • 6 months+ of experience in a sales representative role

Days/Hours:

  • 6 days a week / EST hours



Compensation

  • $50k guaranteed base salary + Commission structure
