Were seeking a seasoned Director of Sales to lead our sales team, cultivate top performers, drive multimillion-dollar bids (e.g., grocery, retail, restaurant chains), and ensure consistent growth, replicating the success of our top salesperson, who generates $2.5M$3M annually.

Who Were Looking For:

We need a proven sales leader with a passion for building elite sales teams and landing major chain accounts (e.g., grocery chains, Costco, restaurant franchises). Reporting to the General Manager or COO, youll drive weekly sales quotas, optimize team performance, and oversee marketing alignment. Ideal candidates have:

• 5+ Years Sales Management Experience: Track record of leading B2B sales teams in industrial services, HVAC, or related fields, with proven success managing statewide or national chain accounts (e.g., Walmart, McDonalds, Albertsons).
• Sales & Management Training: Formal training in sales techniques and sales management, with expertise in coaching reps to multimillion-dollar results.
• Chain Sales Expertise: Experience closing high-value, multi-location deals with grocery, retail, or restaurant chains.
• Performance Debugging: Ability to quickly identify and fix underperformance in salespeople, weeding out nonperformers and cultivating top talent.
• Marketing Acumen: Strong understanding of marketings role in driving leads, with skills to assess and adjust marketing efforts to maximize bids.
• Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to motivate teams, maintain high morale, and meet weekly quotas while fostering a culture of accountability.
• Technical Aptitude: Quick learner of Action Ducts services (HVAC, exhaust, ansul systems) and new technologies, with training provided.
• Communication & Problem-Solving: Excellent verbal/written skills, math proficiency, and problem-solving to manage territories, commissions, and client assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive weekly sales quotas and oversee team performance to hit multimillion-dollar targets.
• Coach and mentor salespeople to maximize results, debugging issues and weeding out nonperformers.
• Manage territories, commissions, and client assignments for fairness and efficiency.
• Conduct weekly sales autopsies to analyze wins/losses and implement improvement programs.
• Monitor and optimize marketing efforts to ensure a steady flow of bids from chains and industrial clients.
• Protect and promote the Action Duct brand in all sales activities and materials.
• Track and report sales on company spreadsheets, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
