The Opportunity:

As a Solar Sales Representative, youll:

• Conduct virtual or in-person consultations with homeowners
• Present customized solar solutions that lock in savings
• Close high-ticket deals and manage your sales pipeline
• Generate your own leads AND receive preset appointments (based on performance)
• Build and lead a team (optional) and earn override commissions

• A strong communicator who can build trust fast
• A closer or someone highly coachable with grit and discipline
• Someone motivated by uncapped earning potential
• Sales or lead gen experience a plus but not required
