Were looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As the frontline of our brand, you'll provide prompt, professional, and empathetic support to our customers through various channels including live chat, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, courteous, and professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed
• Accurately document interactions and maintain customer records
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly (CRM tools, helpdesk platforms, etc.)
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a remote environment
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar tools
• Bilingual (a plus, but not required)
