Goal Line Payments is growing fast and were looking for driven individuals to join our Recruiting Team! Truly seeking the right candidate to not only recruit, but build out the recruiting department! This position is extremely lucrative and the hours are EASY to deal with for most applicants.

!!! What You'll Do:

As a Recruiter, you'll introduce, screen, and onboard candidates for our outside sales roles in the payment processing space.

We provide the leads, training, and mentorship you bring the motivation.

!!! Your Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with candidate leads we provide (Monster, Indeed, ZipRecruiter & more)
• Send onboarding instructions via SMS/email
• Match candidates with the right manager
• Manage your recruiting pipeline honestly and efficiently

!!! Compensation & Perks:

• Weekly commission for the first 5 sales made by each agent you recruit (it only gets bigger and bigger each month bc you're adding new account managers each month!)
• Monthly residual income from accounts your recruits secure
• Performance-based bonuses (daily, monthly, quarterly, annual)

• Flexible 25-40 hr/wk schedule (part-time or full-time)

• 1 year + of recruiting, sales, or talent acquisition experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
