? What You'll Do:

As a Recruiter, you’ll introduce, screen, and onboard candidates for our outside sales roles in the payment processing space.

We provide the leads, training, and mentorship — you bring the motivation.

? Your Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with candidate leads we provide (Monster, Indeed, ZipRecruiter & more)
• Send onboarding instructions via SMS/email
• Match candidates with the right manager
• Manage your recruiting pipeline honestly and efficiently

? Compensation & Perks:

• Weekly commission for the first 5 sales made by each agent you recruit
• Monthly residual income from accounts your recruits secure
