The John Bryant Agency is committed to finding the right life insurance to meet our clients' personal needs and budget. We are seeking highly motivated “people first” commission sales consultants to connect, through any virtual platform, with prospective clients/leads and walk them through their life insurance options. This is a fully remote opportunity and you set your own schedule - full or part time. If you do not currently possess a life and health license, we will help you obtain that in less than 30 days! You will work alongside seasoned life insurance consultants, receiving the hands-on training and mentoring tools and support that will allow you to excel and unleash your desired earnings potential. We work with 30+ top rated insurance carriers such as Mutual of Omaha, Gerber Life, TransAmerican and more – companies clients recognize and trust.

Responsibilities

• Learn products and systems to enhance client interactions and facilitate customized sales solutions
• Follow up with prospective clients who have specifically expressed interest in our products
• Generate new client base through self-generated leads, networking, referrals and marketing
• Set up virtual client meetings – mornings/evenings/weekends - set to your schedule!
• Collaborate with carriers to resolve client inquiries and close the sale
• Maintain state regulatory licensing requirements
• Attend ongoing Agency training and mentoring sessions to keep abreast of industry trends and best practices

Qualifications

• 3 years outbound sales experience
• Competency in technology and computer software, particularly, presentation applications
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• High level of integrity
• Strong customer focus mindset and passion for helping others
• Have excellent phone and face to face etiquette

Requirements

• Ability to schedule clients as needed including evenings and weekends
• Reliable cell phone, data and Wi-Fi plan
• Pass background check
• Complete contracting with insurance carriers
• Life and health insurance license issued by home state (If you do not have a Life/Health insurance state license, if hired, we can help you obtain an insurance license)
• Work in a 100% commission sales environment
