Were hiring 4 sales superstars to be the cornerstone of our newest leadership team.

T-Mobile for Business just partnered with us to aggressively expand their small business reach and were looking for elite cold sales performers to take the lead.

This is not a cushy inbound role. Its boots-on-the-ground, cold-to-close sales in a fast-moving, 12 touch sales cycle. Youll learn our system, master the pitch, and become one of the founding leaders of our Florida market.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Face-To-Face selling to small business owners in your territory
• Presenting tailored telecom small business solutions with instant value
• Managing full customer onboarding and setup
• Monitoring customer quality metrics and ensuring satisfaction
• Mastering our pitch, systems, and performance-driven processes
• Working closely with our partnership team to train and scale your own team within 612 months
• Daily, weekly, and monthly performance check-ins for consistent growth
• Closing deals fast with commissions paid weekly

• Proven outside sales or B2B cold sales experience (preferred)
