Position Overview

Were seeking an energetic and customer-focused Jacuzzi Showroom Sales Associate to join our Elmsford team. In this role, youll be the face of our brand, guiding customers through their purchase journey, showcasing our premium jacuzzi products (hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, cold plunge, and massage chairs), and driving sales in a welcoming, wellness-focused environment. Key Responsibilities

- Engage with showroom visitors, building rapport and understanding their wellness needs.

- Educate customers on our jacuzzi products, features, and benefits, tailoring recommendations to their preferences and budget.

- Drive sales by meeting or exceeding monthly targets, following up on leads, and closing deals.

- Maintain a clean, inviting showroom that reflects our commitment to luxury and relaxation.

- Process transactions accurately using our POS system and assist with basic inventory tracking.

- Collaborate with the team to share customer insights and contribute to a positive, goal-oriented culture.

- Support the showroom launch by participating in setup, promotions, and opening events.

Qualifications

- 1+ years of sales experience (retail, wellness, or home goods preferred but not required).

- A natural people-person with strong communication and listening skills.

- Enthusiasm for wellness, relaxation, or luxury productsjacuzzi knowledge is a bonus!

- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, especially during the showroom launch phase.

- Comfortable assisting with light showroom upkeep.

- Basic computer skills (e.g., POS systems, email, CRM tools).

- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or certifications a plus).

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive hourly wage: $18$24/hour (based on experience).
