Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals. We support work-life balance and can accommodate shifts during school hours for parents, etc. Duties * Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments. * Utilize telemarketing techniques to promote our products and services effectively. * Communicate clearly and persuasively with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable solutions. * Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients using software. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and customer engagement. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Experience * Previous experience in inside sales or business development is preferred. * Familiarity with outbound calling strategies and telemarketing practices is a plus. * Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. * A background in customer service will be beneficial in understanding client needs and building rapport.
