Responsibilities * Complete the PLACE Experienced Agent Launch program with success * Engage in team activities according to team standards * Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls * Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties * Negotiate offers for your clients Qualifications * Hold a valid real estate license * 1 year of experience in real estate sales (preferred) * You have a natural drive and a competitive edge in sales. * You excel at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding solutions. * Familiar with prospecting, generating and nurturing leads * You communicate effectively and are dedicated to providing excellent service. * Enjoy working as part of a team * Possess strong written and verbal communication skills * Open to learning scripts and dialogues About-our-team DuBois Realty Group at Keller Williams Realty is designed to power the top 1% of real estate agents and teams .
