Job Description: Elite Powersports is looking for a sales associate that has a passion for riding. At Elite we have a great employee culture and a truly fun working environment. Knowledge about Kawasaki is preferred but not a deal breaker, however we will only consider someone who rides. We are looking for someone that puts stock in the job they do and takes ownership in their role. We are a tight knit group who exude passion in everything we do here at the shop and work as a team to make sure that every part of the dealership is successful. Daily tasks will include: * Greet Customers with outstanding customer service and a strong knowledge of the product. * Work with customers to understand their motorcycle needs as well as their financing needs. * Build deals in the system. * Set and achieve targeted goals. * Ensure that all administrative processes are handled timely and in compliance with company policy. * Provide a thorough customer experience from beginning to end. Job Types: Full-time, Commission Experience: * relevant: Motor Vehicle Sales License Preferred.
