You'll collaborate closely with our experienced closers, allowing you the flexibility to either close deals yourself or work with our dedicated team of closers. This position offers high commissions with uncapped earning potential, flexibility, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. Responsibilities: * Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, networking , and referrals. * Educate prospects on Rapid Capital's MCA products and services. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs. * Present financing solutions and assist in negotiating terms to facilitate deals. * Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the sales process. * Collaborate with our team of closers to ensure successful deal closures. Requirements: * Proven track record in sales, previous MCA experience is a bonus. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated with a desire to excel in a commission-only environment * Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
