First Impression Iron Works is looking for a Builder Sales Representative to start immediately. Builder Sales responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Develop a prospect list of qualified leads through referrals, face-to-face calling on business owners, email, networking, telephone, etc. * Maintain a consistent prospecting campaign to keep your pipeline robust and delivering sales. * Solid understanding of the builder/designer/architect community and their needs. * Visit customer job sites and attend off-site meetings to attain measurements and other information necessary for the design. * Attend Events which may include but not limited to: Builder Breakfasts, Designer Circle, Facility Tours and lunch meetings. * Develop and maintain an Outreach Program through the company's CRM and marketing department. * Follow up on all bids in a timely manner * Goal: $100,000 to $300,000 monthly with ramp up period of 18-24 months Attributes/Qualifications: * A positive teamwork attitude focused on service, integrity, and growth. * Salesforce or CRM experience. * Multiple years of successful vendor sales and design experience. * Must possess proven track record of consistently and successfully attaining sales goals. * Bring a book of business, or, have substantial industry connections to get a fast start. * Multifamily, Track Home Builders, Custom Home Builder experience. * Well versed in the use of Technology. Computer, Systems, etc. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
