Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Vehicle Sales Manager to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process, ensuring they find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a solid understanding of retail math, and the ability to effectively communicate with customers both in-person and over the phone. Duties - Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences. - Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options. - Negotiate sales terms and close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction. - Utilize dealership software to manage customer information and sales processes. - Provide ongoing sales support to customers before, during, and after the sale. - Upsell additional products or services that enhance the customer experience. - Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and market trends. - Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. - Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Qualifications - Proven experience in auto sales management preferred. - Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette. - Excellent public speaking abilities to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. - Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing and financing discussions. - Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive relationship with customers. - Proficiency in using dealership software systems for tracking sales activities. - A passion for automobiles and staying updated on industry trends is a plus. - High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or sales is advantageous.
