Real Estate Agent needed for a newly formed team based in Red Wing MN. Locations to be serviced: Goodhue and Dakota Counties in MN and Pierce County in WI. Office locations in Red Wing MN, Apple Valley MN, and Hudson WI. We are a newly formed team with RE/MAX Results lead by team leader Jameson Melbye, ranked #109 out of 22,000 real estate agents in the state of Minnesota. We're looking for newly licensed or veteran agents who are looking to grow their business. Being part of a team means accountability, resources and more. THE REQUIREMENTS: You are a bright, ambitious, hard-working agent (or willing to take classes ASAP and WORK HARD!) who is sick and tired of low production and weak performance. THE SUPPORT: You will receive the support of our office staff and team leader. We also have one of the most robust CRM and outbound prospecting systems in the industry. Our Administrative staff handles the details which will free you to focus on prospecting and lead generation. We pay for the advertising, the support staff, and the latest technology. YOUR PROMISE TO US: The Onboarding Process will require a full-time commitment. You will attend weekly time blocked sessions to learn our systems and understand our tools. In each of the classes, you will learn new skills and techniques. Then you will develop an action plan and implement these actions before the next meeting. Looking forward to being on the journey with you in your career. * Responsibilities: * Client procurement * Management of buyer pipeline/client engagement * Offer negotiations and transaction coordination * Being "The Expert" for the client * Delivering "World Class Service" for every client * * Full-time availability as part-time does a disservice to our clients, again, we're experts! * Required Work Experience and Education: * 3+ years sales experience, doesn't have to be real estate related. * An active State Real Estate License, OR, willing to sign up for classes ASAP. You can have your license in one month and be selling shortly thereafter. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Ability to commute/relocate: * Red Wing, MN: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: * High school or equivalent (Required) Experience: * Sales: 3 years (Preferred) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) * Real Estate License (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple locations
