Full description of the position
Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Employee discounts * Health insurance Job description Achieve the sales target for assigned territory / region. * Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services. * Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets. * Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. * Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness. * Contribute towards the achievement of company's strategic and operational objectives. * Timely collection of outstanding payment from all vendors * Make sure that no payment is outstanding for more than 30 / 60 / 90 days. * Communicates any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties. * Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. * Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals. * Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. * Achieves satisfactory market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends. * Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. * Monitors competitor products, sales activities. * Any other job that has been assigned from time to time. Qualifications: Bachelor's / Masters in Business Administration Prior experience in FMCG Sales is preferred. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical abilities with a focus on strategic planning and problem- solving.
