Average compensation for this position is $40,000 with top salespeople earning $100,000 Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: * Work directly with customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process aligning with company values * Become a vehicle expert * Resolve customer issues professionally and quickly, during and after the sale, always including the Sales Manager * Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business * Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and how it benefits the customer * Assist with other duties as assigned * Follow scheduled hours as needed, defined by your manager Experience & Qualifications Needed to be Successful: * Basic MS Office Suite knowledge; computer software/internet proficiency. * 1 year of previous retail sales experience preferred but not required * Clean motor vehicle record * Professional, well-groomed appearance * Available to work flexible hours and weekends * Excellent interpersonal communication abilities include managing and understanding others' reactions. *What We Offer: * Competitive 401k / 401k matching * Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance * Employee Assistance Program * Health Savings Account/ Flex Spend Account * PTO Accrual * Voluntary Life and AD&D * Employee Discounts/ Pricing on Parts, Vehicles and Service What Makes Us Different?
