Full description of the position

Job Description: No Summary Available Scope Provider Relations Liaison: Daily face-to-face meetings with health care executives/leaders, physicians, schedulers, practice managers, and allied health professionals. In addition, routine interface is expected with multiple medical center departments in order to improve continuity of patient care, reduce barriers to access and enhance communication among physicians, IH Health and affiliate care sites. Coordinating meetings between key staff and physician groups to provide knowledge based education with the goal of securing continued/increased clinical alignment with IH Health- Establishes, maintains and enhances relationships with key stakeholders- Collaborates with service line leaders, hospital leaders and system departments to develop events, such as continuing medical education sessions and symposiums- Executes strategic plan priorities with regard to growth, network development, and physician service improvement initiatives- Identifies target markets in accordance with organizational priorities and strategies utilizing knowledge of hospital operations and existing reporting, tools and dashboards- Develops relationship management strategies for target markets to align with facility service lines and strategic growth priorities- Conducts pre and post call planning maintaining and utilizing CRM system to effectively manage territory- Identifies, minimizes and closes issues with the assistance of appropriate operational team members- Communicates opportunities, market trends and intelligence, and issues to appropriate operational team members/leadership upon completion of PRHM entry in accordance with the IH Health PRHM standards. Manages related expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with the budget- Represent IH Health in a professional manner at all times including in the community and with businesses on occasion to enhance IH Health community relations and perception. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree - Valid drivers license- 3 years territory physician relationship management field sales experience, preferably in the medical field- Proven track record of business development and increased sales or related growth Preferred: Master's degree- Health care or related industry experience Physical Requirements: Interact with others by effectively communicating, both orally and in writing.- and -Operate computers and other office equipment requiring the ability to move fingers and hands.- and -See and read computer monitors and documents.- and -Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment.- and -May require lifting and transporting objects and office supplies, bending, kneeling and reaching. Location: Good Samaritan Hospital, Peaks Regional Office Work City: Broomfield Work State: Colorado Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 The hourly range for this position is listed below.
