We're searching for an ambitious, full-time professional real estate sales buyer's agent for an exciting and lucrative opportunity with our team. You'll be responsible for generating leads, calling warm leads, working with prospective home buyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 Commission Responsibilities: * Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads * Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market * Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close * Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process * Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget * Spend a minimum of 15 hrs per week generating/following up on new business development. * We can also provide you with warm leads as they become available from several different sources. Qualifications: * Has superb interpersonal and communication skills * Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car * High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred * Show a track record of real estate success * Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry * If you do not possess a NJ Real Estate license, you must be in the process of obtaining one. * Have an obsession and passion to be successful! * You are a hustler and are a hard worker.
