Summary As a Sales Professional at Direct Source Produce & Specialty, you will be responsible for generating new customers and building relationships with customers. This role is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional produce while enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities with assigned customers. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs. * Identify trends and opportunities for growth. * Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits of our offerings. * Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer engagement. * Communicate with Manager to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products. Qualifications * Proven experience in territory sales or direct sales roles, preferably in the food or produce industry. * Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. * Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. * Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly. * Experience in managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service. * Familiarity with product demonstrations is a plus but not required. * Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
