Full description of the position

Description We are hiring for a full-time position in one of the top teams in Keller Williams Realty. The Listing/Marketing Manager will be dedicated to supporting the team achieve their goals as well as maintain the office. We are looking for a candidate who is extremely detail-oriented, excellent verbal and written communication skills and is a team player. Responsibilities: Provides OUTSTANDING customer service Answers the phones in a positive manner and becomes "gatekeeper" for most questions Lists properties for sale in FMLS, GAMLS, NeGAMLS including writing descriptions Owns and executes our annual marketing campaign Creates Listing and Buyer Presentations for all Agents Sends and receives required listing docs and checks for accuracy Oversee all listing files and listing marketing (Brochures, flyers, online marketing, etc.) Manages Farm Mailers and designs Onboards new Agents with setting up emails, business cards and marketing materials Manages Runner team member including daily activities, time sheets and time off Works with the homeowner to coordinate staging, photographer, listing items, open house and showing times Coordinates the installation and pickup of yard signs and key boxes through Runner Ensures that our properties get maximum exposure to the marketFollows pre-set systems and is well organized Holds themselves accountable to all company clients and team members Helps the company grow by asking for referralsAssist in creating, implementing, and managing all lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support systems Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled Assists with coordinating marketing events and client activities Work with all preferred vendors, including professional photographers, contractors, lenders, closing attorneys, etc. Manage office supplies and keeping the office stocked/organized Manages multiple calendars and schedules appointments Create monthly newsletter and send to all clients Order branded marketing materials (pens, cozies, water bottle with sticker logo, etc.) Work with the Rental Department to create flyers and marketing for landlords/tenants Qualifications Customer service, Sales or real estate sales background preferred Marketing background a plus Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies Team player Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and love meeting new people Forward-thinking and proactive Performs well under pressure Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and under strict deadlines Strong typing and computer skills (including Microsoft Office and Google Suite)Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to importance Outstanding organizational and time management skills; strong attention to detail Strong verbal and communication skills Solution results-oriented - assertive, figure it out attitude Social media skills a plus Computer skills a plus Website management a plus Real estate license experience is a plus The perfect candidate for this role may be a licensed agent that has realized they prefer the back end or support side of real estate more so than the selling, cold calling, door knocking, etc. Or perhaps the perfect candidate has worked on the support side for another real estate team or company, and is looking for more growth opportunity. This could include those currently or recently working as a Transaction Coordinator/Manager, a Closing Coordinator/Manager, an Executive Assistant, Account Manager or a Listing Manager/Coordinator.
