We are seeking a Sales Account Executive to join a rapidly growing, dynamic, real estate investment team. What you'll do: 1. Handle Inbound Leads and prequalified outbound connections 2. Answer all inbound lead calls immediately. If not able to answer - call back within 2 minutes 2. If no answer, call and text each day over the next 10 days. 3. Nurture relationships with the leads and gather relevant information to set an appointment with an acquisition specialist. 4. Set proper expectations with the leads so their experience is seamless 5. Engage in ongoing study and practice of the Sales Process 6. Keep the database organized, with each active lead assigned a next contact date 7. Cold prospect during downtime 8. Stay Well-organized 9.
