What You'll Be Doing * Help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process * Host open houses, show homes, and educate clients * Negotiate deals and manage transactions * Prepare market analysis and client documentation * Build long-term relationships with clients and vendors * Collaborate with a growing team that's redefining the real estate experience * Represent the NextHome MatchMakers brand at local events * Follow industry laws, standards, and best practices What You Need * Drive. You'll be writing emails, presenting to clients, and hosting events. * Versatility. "That's not my job" doesn't exist on our team. * Willingness to Learn.
