You'll be connecting with our local community, building relationships, and most importantly, helping people look good and feel good through our brand.If you thrive in a competitive, high-energy environment and love the challenge of hitting sales goals while having fun with your team, the True Classic Boca Raton team can't wait to welcome you aboard!Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Implement the TRUE Experience, by delivering personalized customer experiences. * Take part in customer engagements, delivering the experience each customer wants. * Greet, welcome and engage with customers in a warm, inviting & personable manner. * Recognize customer's wants and needs, provide assistance to each customer. * Understanding opportunities to share product knowledge, making recommendations based on individualized preference. * Ensure we foster strong client relations and brand loyalty through excellent service and follow-up. * Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions. * Assist with visual merchandising - keeping the store clean, organized, and welcoming for all customers. * Meet and exceed sales goals consistently, contributing to team success! * Achieve high customer satisfaction through exceptional service. * Stay up-to date and adapt to latest products, promotions and brand knowledge. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * 2+ years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a high-volume environment. * Excellent customer service skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. * Strong motivation and drive to succeed. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Physical Demands - The Sales Associate must be able to: * Stand for long periods of time. * Lift and carry up to 50 pounds. * Climb ladders and step stools. * Work in a fast-paced environment.
