Key Job Duties include: * Establish, maintain, and service accounts by building rapport and long-term relationships with new and existing customers. * Develop and implement aggressive prospecting strategies to uncover sales opportunities. * Build relationships with a group of different industries including traditional and nontraditional customers. * Create strategic sales presentations and business plans based on customer needs and the G&W Equipment portfolio of services. * Maintain regular contact onsite and via telephone with current, previous, and potential customers Requirements * Minimum of three (3) year outside sales experience in similar or related industry * Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Outlook, and Excel is required * Strong communication and presentation skills. * Outstanding sales leadership and customer relationship-building skills. * General understanding of the sales CRM system * High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple projects with multiple customers * Experience cold calling and building relationships by phone and email to generate sales opportunities * Ability to remain persistent and overcome customers objections Experience Preferred * 1 - 3 years: Business to Business Sales Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
