The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the architectural product sales cycle, customer management, and business growth strategies. * Minimum Qualifications * 3-5 years of experience in the Architecture or Construction industry * At least 2 years of sales experience in architectural products, construction materials, or related fields * Strong understanding of Construction Project Sales Cycle * Strong understanding of Architectural Products and details * Experience managing and growing client relationships with architects, and subcontractors Key Responsibilities * Sales & Business Development: * * Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and expand market presence * Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to final contract close * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industry * Customer & Account Management: * * Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and developers * Provide technical product knowledge and solutions to clients * Ensure client satisfaction and oversee project coordination with internal teams * Strategic Growth & Leadership: * * Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making * Develop and improve internal sales processes and reporting systems * Take on increasing responsibilities with opportunities for career growth * Expectations for the Role * Ability to work independently while driving business growth * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills * Entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take ownership of business initiatives * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools * Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed * Proficiency in Korean is not required, but plus. * Compensation & Career Growth * Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience) * Performance-Based Incentives: Potential for annual bonuses based on business growth and achievement of targets * Opportunities for career advancement as the company expands * Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401K.
