CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: ACCOUNT MANAGER Lane Valente Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. This full-time, in-office position is ideal for a detail-oriented and results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Account Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, ensuring service excellence, and managing operational workflows for EV charging installation and maintenance projects. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional customer service. * Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service execution and project delivery. * Service Dispatching: Assign and coordinate service requests with technicians and vendors, ensuring timely completion. * Work Order & SLA Management: Track and manage open work orders, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). * Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, update client portals, and generate reports on project and service status. * Quoting & Billing: Prepare and manage project quotes, while projecting weekly billing numbers. * Client Communication: Provide timely updates via calls, emails, and conference meetings; discuss additional work and new opportunities.
