The Regional Sales Executive will be instrumental in expanding Deaton's presence across the Southeast Region of the U.S. We seek a results-driven sales professional to cultivate client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute strategic sales planning in order to expand Deaton's market presence while aligning with company goals. * Acquire new clients and build/maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and customer retention. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities, increasing brand visibility through networking and lead generation. * Secure long-term partnerships to ensure profitable growth through contract negotiations. * Provide weekly and monthly sales reports including revenue forecasts as needed. * Work with our marketing team to develop sales materials and outreach efforts as needed. * Stay up to date on sales techniques to enhance performance and profitability. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities, interactions and progress in our system. * Manage the regional sales budget ensuring cost-effective travel and client engagement. Qualifications: * 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fleet services, diesel mechanics, or transportation. * Strong networking and communication skills with a track record to show exceeding sales goals * Strong motivation and ability to work independently. * Ability to travel across the Southeast region * Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities * Ability to travel up to 50% Benefits: Competitive base salary + commission Vehicle Allowance Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance HSA options 401(k) with company match Paid time off and Holidays Posted Salary Range: USD $85,000.00 - USD $125,000.00 /Yr.Deaton Fleet Solutions
