Wherever you're going, we can take you there. About The Role We are seeking a Summer Associate to join our fast-growing residential brokerage firm located in The Hamptons. As a Summer Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office during weekends. This position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the luxury real estate industry while providing essential support to our team of agents and staff. Responsibilities * Office/Operational Management * Open and close the office on designated days (Friday through Sunday). Ensure the office is organized, presentable, and equipped with necessary supplies. Serve as the primary point of contact for all weekend office-related matters. * Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases related to property listings, client information, and transactions. * Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and workflow. * Agent Support * Assist agents with administrative tasks, including paperwork, scheduling, and document management. Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring a seamless experience for both agents and clients. Communicate effectively with agents to relay important messages or updates. * Client Engagement * Greet and assist walk-in clients and prospects. Provide information about available properties, services, and upcoming events. Direct inquiries to appropriate agents and staff. * Marketing/Branding Projects * Support The Head of Marketing through execution of marketing tactics as needed, including but not limited to social media content creation, email campaigns, and promotional materials. * Assist in the execution of marketing tactics to promote properties and attract potential clients. Qualifications * Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, real estate). * Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously with clients and colleagues. * Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn with a genuine interest in the real estate industry. * Availability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) during the summer season.
