We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Leasing Agent to lead the lease-up for one of our newest developments in Decatur! Position Overview: As a Residential Leasing Agent, you will play a pivotal role in introducing and leasing our brand-new single-family homes to potential tenants. Responsibilities: * Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our single-family homes. * Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for tenants. * Develop and maintain relationships with local real estate agents and brokers to expand the network of potential tenants. * Implement effective marketing strategies to attract qualified leads and maximize lease-up velocity. * Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and local developments to make informed leasing decisions. * Collaborate with the property management team to address tenant concerns and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction. * Utilize technology and tools to track and manage leads, leases, and other relevant data. Qualifications: * Previous experience in residential leasing or sales is required. * Arkansas Realtor License, or willingness to procure is preferred. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with potential tenants. * Knowledge of the Northwest Arkansas real estate market is a plus. * Self-motivated and results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets. * Familiarity with leasing software and CRM tools is advantageous. Compensation: This position offers an incentive-based compensation structure with significant earning potential based on performance. This compensation program is a mixture of salary plus leasing commissions for the qualified candidate. In addition, there is substantial room for career growth within our expanding organization.
