Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service Oriented Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment. As a Car Sales Executive, you will engage with customers to understand their needs, present suitable vehicle options, and guide them through the purchasing process. Your ability to negotiate effectively and communicate clearly will be key in achieving sales targets and fostering long- term customer relationships. Responsibilities * Engage with customers to assess their vehicle needs and preferences. * Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits. * Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales effectively. * Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. * Collaborate with the inventory control team to ensure optimal stock levels. * Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and dealership promotions. * Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure customer loyalty. * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills. Experience * Proven experience in automotive sales or a related retail environment is preferred. * Strong skills in upselling, sales management, and retail math. * Familiarity with dealership operations and inventory control processes is advantageous. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. * Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base. * A passion for automobiles and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
