Full description of the position

Workforce Enterprises is looking for a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to oversee and facilitate national sales contracts for staffing services. The Regional Sales Manager will have KPI structured metrics and report to the Corporate Sales Director. Your duties will involve managing relationships with existing clients, establishing NEW sales accounts, builiding the branch office billing and team. Responsibilities * 6+ years of Staffing Sales experience and team management on a national level * Bring in target accounts within the first 30-60 days * Plan budgets and activities for account management in the company * Provide feedback and counsel to account staff to meet quotas/objectives * Conduct performance evaluation using key metrics * Serve as the point of contact for customers in your portfolio * Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable solutions and generate new business * Ensure the timely delivery of services and products to clients * Resolve issues to maintain and strengthen customer trust * Report quarterly/annual progress to senior management and external stakeholders Skills * Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in a previous staffing firm. * Current book of business in the light industrial, and warehousing industry in Atlanta. * Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements * Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress * Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics * Working knowledge of MS Office and/or relevant software (e.g. Salesforce) * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships * Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Requirements: * Traveling 50%, within Georgia INT123 Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Application Question(s): * What industries have you sold staffing contracts in? * What is the markup you are seeing in the Atlanta region among your competitors? * Are you capable of bringing in 2 accounts in the first 60 days?
