Description * What We Do: At Premier Roofing, our mission is to provide homeowners in storm-affected areas with top-quality roof inspections , navigate them through the insurance process, and ensure they receive the best possible service. We have established ourselves as a trusted name in the restoration roofing industry with over 20 years of experience and 14 different locations. * Compensation: You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions earning 35% profit on completed roofing projects. Our business allows for a flexible schedule and growth based on performance and sales goals. The sales team is paid weekly and will be mentored by a proven sales leader within the organization. * Note: If you are self-driven and money-motivated with a desire for growth you will be successful at Premier! We provide weekly onboarding pay for the first 8 weeks, including any commission. This is a commission role. Key Responsibilities * Territory Research * Execute Advisor onboarding and training programs * Manage Advisor productivity * Attend adjuster appointments * Manage pipeline and job conversion * Customer issue support * Train and develop Advisor into Expert role * Assist with onboarding classes * Assist Branch Manager with Sales Meetings * Scope all Advisor's projects Skills, Knowledge & Expertise * Excellent communication * Drive to control your own income * Goal-driven and self-motivated! * 2 years of sales training experience * Flexible schedule * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops About Premier Roofing Company Premier Roofing Company is dedicated to serving the roofing needs of homeowners and businesses nationwide.
